There are many specialty programs available once you become a dentist.

The American Dental Association (ADA) recognizes nine different dental specialties and they are listed below along with salary information for each of these specialties. 1: The numbers were calculated using data from the American Dental Association (ADA) called “The 2009 Survey of Dental Private Practice Income from the Private Practice of Dentistry” . The salary data represents the MEAN NET INCOME of private practice dentists.

2:These numbers were calculated by searching job posting websites (monster.com, etc) and finding the going rate for each of these specialties.
